William K. Reilly

William K. Reilly is a founding partner of
Aqua International Partners, a private equity
fund sponsored by the U.S. Overseas Private
Investment Corporation dedicated to investing
in water projects and
companies in developing countries. Prior to
that he was the Payne Visiting Professor at
Stanford University (1993-1994), Administrator
of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(1989-1993), and president of the World
Wildlife Fund (1985-1989). He served as head of
the U.S. delegation to the Earth Summit at Rio
in 1992.
Mr. Reilly is chairman of the board of World Wildlife Fund, and serves on the Board of Directors of DuPont, Conoco, Royal Caribbean International and Ionics Inc. He is also a director of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, National Geographic Society and the American Academy in Rome. By appointment of the President, he serves as one of the seven members of the Presidio Trust of San Francisco, which manages The Presidio National Park.
